Meet Dr. Warren and the Alpine Team

Alpine Pediatric Dentistry is a team of 10 in Lincolnton, North Carolina: two dentists, two registered dental hygienists, four dental assistants, and two front office team members.

A Note From Dr. Warren

Every child deserves to leave the dentist a little braver than they came in. I practice pediatric dentistry in Lincolnton so local families have a board-certified pediatric dentist close to home, and so nervous kids, babies with feeding struggles, and children with special needs find a team with the patience to go at their pace.

My promise to parents is simple. I explain what I see, show the X-rays, lay out every option, and recommend treatment only when a child needs it.

Dr. Warren holds Diplomate status with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He earned his DDS at the University of North Carolina in 2019 and completed a 2-year pediatric dentistry residency at Bon Secours St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, Virginia, after graduating magna cum laude from Appalachian State University in 2014.

Dr. Warren focuses on soft tissue procedures, including laser frenectomies for tongue-ties and lip-ties that limit feeding or movement.

Outside the office, Dr. Warren takes part in ADA Give Kids a Smile, Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child, and local mission programs, and spends his free time with his family, golfing, and fishing.

Dr. Donigan brings more than 40 years in dentistry, including more than 26 years as a Dental Director and Chief Dental Officer in Federally Qualified Health Centers and 15 years as adjunct faculty at UNC Chapel Hill. His honors include NNOHA Clinician of the Year and NCCHCA Outstanding Provider of the Year, the first dentist to receive it. He treats patients with Dr. Warren on select clinic days.
